In addition to the spaces in Rooms 421 and 421A, is Room 430 which is designated as a general Postgraduate room. This will be available for all postgraduate students and is intended for short term use, eg checking email, using databases, printing documents etc.

Rooms 421 and 421A are equipped with the following:

You will not necessarily be the only person using the computer but it will be set aside for your use for specified days and times. The computer will be set up for you to be a recognized user. Room 430 will remain available to all students and space will not be dedicated to individual students. Applications are not necessary for using Room 430.

Applications for dedicated PG space

The application form about is available from the Postgraduate Co-ordinator.Applications for postgraduate rooms will be considered by the CHS Postgraduate Committee at the beginning of the year and at mid year. All applications will be considered and all HDR students and full time Master of Social Health coursework/minor thesis students are encouraged to apply. However, spaces are limited and allocations will be decided by the CHS Postgraduate Committee. Eligible students may reapply for further 6 month allocation of space but priority will be given to those who have not previously had time allocated to them.

Eligibility for allocation of dedicated PG space
