CHS Postgraduate Orientation
There are a number of postgraduate orientation activities organised to assist you to get started. These are run by the School of Graduate Studies, the University of Melbourne Postgraduate Association (UMPA), as well as the various university libraries. In addition to these, the Centre organises an orientation afternoon for new postgraduate students. This session is held in February each year and provides library tours of the Baillieu and the Brownless libraries as well as sessions on databases and information services provided by each library. In addition to the library tours there is an information session by the University of Melbourne Postgraduate Association (UMPA) and an introduction to the services and facilities of the School of Graduate Studies (SGS).
